Enquiries, Quotes and Bookings
A phone call, WhatsApp message, tasting request or quotation request is an enquiry. A booking is confirmed only after the event scope, date, venue, menu, guest count, price, payment schedule and other applicable terms are accepted directly with Al-Barkat Caterers.
Menus, Guest Counts and Event Requirements
Menu items, ingredients, service formats, staffing and presentation may depend on availability, venue facilities and event requirements. Please disclose allergies, dietary requirements and venue restrictions while planning the event. Final guest counts and operational details must be agreed within the timeline stated in your quotation.
Payments, Changes and Cancellations
Deposits, payment dates, taxes, cancellation terms, refunds and charges for changes are governed by the quotation or booking agreement issued for the event.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps are provided for convenience and are governed by those services. Website text, branding and media may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
